At Capilelle, we’re committed to making sure you love your experience with us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the day your package arrives to decide if your purchase is right for you. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since delivery, we aren’t able to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Make a Return

To keep things simple, your item just needs to be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused).

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To get started: Just send us a quick note at info@capilelle.com . Please include your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return the item so we can better serve you. Once we receive your request, we’ll send over the instructions on where to ship your package.

Shipping Costs

  • If it’s our mistake: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing, don't worry! Capilelle will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • If you changed your mind: If you decided on a different style or simply changed your mind, we totally understand. In these cases, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

No Hidden Fees

We don’t believe in surprise charges. Capilelle does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. You can expect to see the credit back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you receive a damaged or defective product and need a direct replacement, email us at  info@capilelle.com and we’ll get it sorted.
